Joe Victor, VP of Marketing, has a Masters Degree in Ag Education/Nutrition. Joe grew up on a dairy farm in south-central NY state. Joe joined Allendale in 1991 after teaching college level Agriculture and working as a merchandiser at a large country elevator. Joe has four children that are very involved in school and athletic competitions. The children's athletics allows the family to spend many weekends traveling throughout the Midwest and to National events. The family enjoys snow and water skiing. Joe and his oldest son enjoy hunting and fishing. On the quiet weekends, Joe relaxes gardening and reading. The family is very much involved with church and community activities.
