Outside market pressure carried over into this week.

Outside market pressure carried over into this week. The stock market posted a light decline. Though it was not a big day it was a new low for the downtrend in place for the year. It was also a new low-close for the year. The S&P 500 is currently -23% for the year. Crude oil is our bigger focus. New lows and a new low-close for the downtrend were made again. The trade's concern over potentially even sharper interest rate rises ahead, and recession talk, are drivers. Another 90 points was added to the dollar index rally.
