A Last Gasp For Cash Cattle? April 13, 2022
Higher live based cash cattle trades yesterday, and talk of strong dressed pricing today in the North, helped fed cattle futures. Dressed bids were posted at $226 in the North. Most asking prices are at $227. Last week's trades were $222/$223. New highs in corn pricing helped limit some of the morning rally in feeder cattle.
