A Slow Grind Higher on Less Than Exciting Export Sales May 4, 2023

Soybeans ended the day mixed. That is a positive given this morning's lightly negative weekly export sales report. July futures dipped below the low in April in yesterday's session. Today's trade did not test yesterday's low nor the prior 4/28 low. November did not break the April low in yesterday's session and is attempting to stabilize. Planting will be active in the days ahead. The market is noting a developing dryness discussion.
