Another Chinese ASF Finding Pushes Deferred Hogs to New Highs April 30, 2021
The week's trade may have been a bit disjointed but it was a winner. June closed up 4.00 for the week and is just a few cents from retesting previous contract highs of 110.07. It was a new high-close for that contract. Deferreds may very clear new highs today and new highs closes. The trade is now seeing signs of seasonally lower supplies ahead. Additional support came from a new ASF finding in China.
