August weather is still the driver despite changing US/BZL export bids.

A light amount of pressure today on all commodities was likely from news that ratings agency, Fitch, lowered its quality grade for US debt down from AAA to now AA+. The agency noted spending over the coming three years and expectations for further debt ceiling battles were the reason. They first warned of a downgrade in May. This is not seen as a major problem.
