Beneficial August weather forecast noted.

NOAA/CPC's updated view of August weather, released yesterday afternoon, suggested a quite beneficial impact coming for Midwest crops. Government forecasters on July 21 released the first forecast for August-only. Yesterday's update carried the same theme. Most areas are seen with normal temperatures this month. The far west may see below normal. Moisture was seen above normal for the majority of the Midwest. North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan are called normal.
