Cash Cattle Post Gains Ahead Of Cattle On Feed; Far Deferreds Push To New Highs. April 21, 2022

Cattle futures continue to react to this week's surprising cash cattle strength in the North. Yesterday's sales in Nebraska and Iowa ran $145/$146 vs. the prior week's $141. The South continues to struggle with +$1 sales at $140. June fats posted their best trade since 2/25.
