Cash cattle sets the week on fire. Packers plan lower processing ahead. April 14, 2023

After Thursday's superstar rally the trade backed off a little today. Current pricing is driven more by psychology than actual numbers. After this week's push to new all-time cash cattle prices the trade is preparing for packers to lower kills ahead as well as step back from free market cattle buying for a week.
