Cattle on Feed and Hogs and Pigs are found supportive to price December 23, 2021

A surprising bounce in pricing today helped end the week with 3.20 gains for the February fats and 2.05 for March feeders. After being in a downtrend since 11/29, today's strong trade reversed the majority of the past month of losses. This week's stronger futures trade was noted despite another loss for cash cattle. $135 trades are the lowest in four weeks.
