Cattle trade discusses slaughter disruption August 10, 2021

Word is the JBS plant out of Grand Island, Nebraska saw a partial kill yesterday, was down today, and will likely be down tomorrow due to flooding in the basement. We'll be monitoring whether this impacts cash cattle buying this week. Monday's kill estimate was revised down from 119,000 head to 113,000 on today's update.
