Ukraine's prime minister suggested the country is considering the possibility of insuring sea going shipping themselves. Separate the Romanian government said they would help clear customs entries for up to 30 ships that intend to enter the Danube River. India said they would attend the Ukraine peace talks set for the 5th and 6th in Saudi Arabia. This is slightly bigger than it seems as India is a trade partner with Russia
