Higher cash cattle gave futures a new contract high. May 24, 2023

Higher cash cattle trades today helped propel June live cattle futures to a new high and new highest close. Two weeks of trades at steady or higher help challenge perceptions of declines into summer. Feeders rejected lower morning trade and posted their third best close.
