Markets Wait For Monday’s Planting Numbers

Officially, this week's mixed trade for soybeans is still a win. But there is a clarification needed. Indonesia's export ban is still in place and soyoil just saw a new high. But weekly old crop US soybean export sales may be softening. July posted a minor 3 1/4 cent decline for the week. Traders are still suggesting premiums are needed for new crop pricing with current planting delays and yield concerns. November gained 9 1/2 cents for the week including a rejection of higher trade on Friday.
