Plans for a new beef plant would be the largest in the US. June 1, 2022

Both sides of the cattle complex were boosted by two positive stories today. The first was the announcement of another planned beef plant. This one, when completed, would be the largest in the US. The second item impacting feeders was the second day of declines in corn prices. August feeders are almost $7 off last week's price lows, the lowest point of this downtrend.
