Seasonal supply pressure noted in livestock December 17, 2021
February fats lost 1.65 this week. March feeders were down 3.60. Cash cattle traded lower this week, the second in a row. Wholesale beef was down for a third week in a row. Corn posted quiet gains again this week, the best futures trade since July on the March contract. The seasonal post-Thanksgiving Day slump is still in place.
