Soybeans soar on comments from China November 17, 2021

Comments from China's state planner last night ignited the soybean market. Gains of up to 32 cents were noted in the morning. 25 3/4 cents of those gains were held into the close. This also coincided with a break of the long term downtrend the trade has been following on the charts.
