Trade Looks Ahead to WASDE, Planting Gets Underway April 10, 2023
US corn planting advanced from 2% complete last Sunday the 2nd to now 3% as of the 9th. The trade was expecting 5% today. The five year average is 2%. The trade will take this news as supportive but this week's active planting will likely be a bit aggressive for this time of year.
