US winter wheat conditions did not improve November 8, 2021

Weak US winter wheat ratings, foreign wheat purchases and Chinese wheat prices are issues starting the week out. Today's stable futures pricing, after last week's declines, was positive. There are only two years out of thirty five with lower US ratings at this time.
