Wheat Momentum and Trend Positive February 21, 2020

The USDA wrapped up their two-day AgForum today and gave 2020/21 balance sheet numbers. Wheat ending stocks were pegged at 777 million bushels which we call reasonable (Allendale is at 803 million bushels).
