Wheat Struggles to Find Support, Grain Deal Decision On The Docket

Defense ministers from Turkey, Ukraine and Russia are meeting today and tomorrow in Instanbul. UN representatives are there as well. Leading into this meeting Russia has been clear they feel the second part of the Ukraing grain export deal has not been enacted. They are still suggesting the deal will end as of the 18th. That was consistent even from comments they made this morning. Separately, the foreign minister of Turkey today suggested the deal could be extended for another 60 days like the prior renewal in March.
